In today’s demanding business environment, sometimes delivering excellent customer service is not enough. Instead, it’s all about delivering exceptional customer experiences that build brand loyalty and grow the customer base. Being aware of the importance of ‘the customer experience” is part of separating a job candidate from other candidates that are stuck in an old school mindset of customer service.
This workshop informs attendees about the structural changes in the business world that will continue to evolve because of social media, artificial intelligence, and computing technology. COVID 19 has accelerated that transformation and put the spotlight on the customer experience and the customer journey.
