For many career seekers, finding the right job right now is the logical way to go. But if you are uncertain which job is right for you, or if you lack necessary credentials/experience, training may be what's needed to help reach your career goals.
Financial aid may be available to eligible job seekers through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) of 2014. WIOA is designed to help job seekers access employment, education, training and support services to succeed in the labor market and to match employers with the skilled workers they need to compete in the global economy.

Complete a full registration with Employ Florida. You must do this before you can meet with a Career Coach. For instructions, please download this step-by-step guide detailing how to register fully at Employ Florida. When you are ready > Complete Your Registration.
After completing your application, watching the orientation webinar and registering with Employ Florida, please email the completed application to firstname.lastname@example.org. To ensure we receive your online application, include in the subject line: WIOA Career Success Plan Application. An online services support technician will review your Career Success Plan activities and forward your application to a WIOA Career Coach if all your activities are complete. Please also let them know if you live in Citrus, Levy or Marion county.
