Electronic Associate Apprenticeship

These are Lockheed Martin’s values and are expected to be reflected in the work all candidates bring to the table. The apprenticeship for Electronic Associate is available for any candidate with those values as well as:

  • US Citizen
  • High School Education or Equivalent
  • Ability to understand, read, and comprehend directions in English and be able to communicate with colleagues in English
  • Ability to work 1st and 2nd shift (10 hours) which includes start times of 5 a.m., 6 a.m., 7 a.m., 4 p.m., or 5 p.m.
  • Ability to complete and pass a 4-week onsite paid training course which consists of solder skills, plated through hole skills, cable and harness assembly skills, and surface mount technology skills
  • Participate and pass a drug test
  • Be subject to a background check
  • Successfully complete a vision exam
  • Previous work experience in the field would be ideal but not necessary
