The Performance and Monitoring Committee reviews the performance of CareerSource Citrus Levy Marion’s career center system and service providers against contracted goals.
Additionally, the committee reviews all internal program and fiscal monitoring as well as monitoring performed by the State. The Committee is charged with establishing performance goals for the system and comparing outcomes with other regional workforce boards based on State performance reports and metrics.
