Career Awareness Talent Pipeline Videos

The initiative is intended to help for-profit businesses reach and recruit a skilled workforce and build their talent pipeline. The videos showcase the variety, strength and growth of businesses throughout the three-county region as well as highlight their employment, training and advancement opportunities. Initially launched in partnership with the Mid-FL Regional Manufacturers Association (MRMA),  these talent pipeline videos are underwritten in large part by CareerSource Citrus Levy Marion.

In addition, and powered by grants from Duke Energy, the Career Awareness-Talent Pipeline project features Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs offered by the region’s public school districts.
