OCALA, Fla. (Jan. 14, 2026) – Early bird tickets are now on sale for the Heart of HR: People Purpose Potential conference headlined by Curtis Campogni, popular motivational speaker, consultant, author, and founder of Speak4MC.
The fifth annual Heart of HR conference, presented by CareerSource Citrus Levy Marion and SHRM Greater Ocala, takes place April 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Circle Square Cultural Center, 8395 SW 80th St., in Ocala. Doors open at 7:30 a.m.

Wilburn said that Campogni’s keynote, You Can’t Spell Hero without HR, “is sure to inspire us and will set the stage for a wonderful day of learning, networking and engagement.”
Dale French, executive vice president for CareerSource Citrus Levy Marion and conference co-chair, said that the Heart of HR will be emceed by Ricky Baez, host of the seminal “H” in HR podcast, educator, and founder of the HR consultancy, Baezco Learning.
“Ricky is a dynamic, results-driven HR powerhouse with a contagious enthusiasm for transforming businesses and empowering employees,” French said, adding that attendees will have the opportunity to meet Baez at the HR After Dark reception on April 8 at 5:30 p.m. at the same conference location.
The Heart of HR features experts on topics that matter to businesses of every size and industry sector and include deep dives into corporate culture, talent acquisition, best practices for training effective managers and top workplace law trends.
Representatives from SHRM Greater Ocala and CareerSource CLM will also be on hand to highlight the benefits and services the organizations offer. The conference is eligible for continuing education credits from SHRM and the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
Discount pricing is available through Jan. 31 for $175 for all-day access to the conference, including light refreshments and lunch, or $200 to attend both the conference and the Heart of HR After Dark reception. Early bird tickets are available at bit.ly/HEARTOFHR2026.
