OCALA, Fla. (Jan. 17, 2024) – Early bird tickets are now available for the Heart of HR: Meeting the Challenge conference presented by CareerSource Citrus Levy Marion and the Ocala Human Resources Management Association (OHRMA).
Heart of HR takes place April 19 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the World Equestrian Center, 1390 NW 80th Ave., in Ocala. The conference will feature leading experts on topics that matter to businesses of every size and industry sector. And back by popular demand, it will once again be headlined by internationally acclaimed workplace motivational humorist, best-selling author, and world-class magician Jon Petz.
Sessions include employee engagement, Artificial Intelligence in the workplace, leadership best practices, recruiting tools and incentives, and employee mental health and wellness. The event is also eligible for credits from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
Early bird rates are available through Feb. 14 for $175 for all-day access to the conference or $200 to attend the conference plus the Heart of HR After Dark reception with Petz the evening of April 18.
Discounted rates for groups of 10 or more are also available.
