OCALA, Fla. (Feb. 22, 2023) – Jon Petz, internationally acclaimed humorist, best-selling author, and world-class magician, will headline The Heart of HR: Motivate Innovate Cultivate conference on Tuesday, March 7 at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala.

Doors open at 7:30 a.m. for networking, exhibitor visits and a light breakfast with the program starting at 8:30 a.m. and running through 4 p.m. Lunch is also included.

New this year is the Heart of HR After Dark reception with Petz on Monday, March 6 from 5:30-7 p.m.  at WEC’s Pickle’s Terrace.

Conference tickets are $175 or $200 for the conference and reception. Day-of event admission purchased at the door will be $200. Tickets are available at bit.ly/HEARTOFHR.

The Heart of HR is presented by CareerSource Citrus Levy Marion and the Ocala Human Resources Management Association (OHRMA). It features a full day of sessions designed to help businesses leverage the value of their staff, learn about the state of the workforce and trends that impact the region, understand the latest employment law and how it affects businesses, and discover HR best practices to recruit and retain employees.
