OCALA, Fla. (Feb. 13, 2024) – Something to love just in time for Valentine’s Day: Early bird ticket sales have been extended through Feb. 29 for the 2024 Heart of HR: Meeting the Challenge conference presented by CareerSource Citrus Levy Marion and the Ocala Human Resources Management Association (OHRMA).
Heart of HR takes place April 19 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the World Equestrian Center, 1390 NW 80th Ave., in Ocala. It features a full day of topnotch speakers, exhibitors, and networking opportunities. And back by popular demand, the conference will once again be headlined by internationally acclaimed workplace motivational humorist, best-selling author, and world-class magician Jon Petz.
Early bird tickets are $175 for all-day access to the conference or $200 to attend the conference plus the Heart of HR After Dark reception with Petz the evening of April 18. Starting March 1, tickets will be $200 and $225, respectively.
Sessions feature employee engagement, Artificial Intelligence, mental health and wellness, leadership best practices, and tools to help employers recruit, train and retain their workforce. The event is eligible for professional development credits from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
