Closing Gaps. Filling Pipelines.
To help close skill gaps and ensure there is a talent pipeline available to meet the needs of industries key to the economic well-being of our communities, CareerSource Citrus Levy Marion collaborates with area businesses, schools and economic development partners to raise awareness of the careers and training available in our three-county area.
Two ways we do this are via our Career Awareness-Talent Pipeline project and the annual Youth Career Expos.
