The 2019 State of Workforce Conference addresses the complex challenges businesses face growing the talent pipeline sufficient to meet the region’s needs.

Cultivating Your 21st Century Workforce brings together local community and economic development partners, educational institutions, business owners and HR professionals to discuss the skills gap within the current workforce and bring awareness of the transformational efforts within our school systems K-12 programs to bridge that gap.

Topics cover everything from the workplace revolution to Generation Z.  Keynote speakers are:

  • Sean Snaith, Ph.D., Director of the Institute for Economic Competitiveness
  • Megan Richardson, VP of consulting for Dynamic Corporate Solutions
  • Josh Davies, CEO of The Center for Work Ethic Development
